Shelly has been actively involved in the Air Freight Industry since 2022, in a slightly different capacity to our other committee members, Shelly is the Sales & Operations Director at Right Now Group, a recruitment agency predominantly specialising in supporting the Freight and logistics Industry.

With a genuine passion for “making a difference,” Shelly is a strong advocate for empowering women in business and believes in bringing energy and authenticity to everything she does. Whether she’s consulting on career opportunities in the industry or networking at UKACC events, Shelly is known for her vibrant presence; you’ll likely find her either propping up the bar or leading the way onto the dance floor.

Outside of work, Shelly enjoys escaping to sunny destinations and spending quality time with friends and family.
